Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth, or Sales Development leadership
- Proficiency with CRMs, sales automation tools, and AI platforms
- Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience in optimizing workflows and processes
Responsibilities
- Develop & implement data-driven strategies to engage, nurture, and convert high-value accounts
- Automate revenue operations with AI and workflow tools
- Partner with INTERNAL or EXTERNAL clients to refine their GTM strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion rates and optimize funnel performance
- Stay ahead of GTM tech trends and refine our tech stack
- Be accountable to KPIs: Meetings Completed, Pipeline Generated, ARR Bookings
- Own the pipeline performance of assigned Campaigns
- Develop scalable outbound processes leveraging AI and automation
- Monitor outreach sequences and drive conversions
- Run regular check-ins and performance reviews with Clients

- Experience with advanced GTM campaigns and creative strategies
