Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in roles such as GTM Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
  • Demonstrated expertise with AI platforms and involvement in AI projects within the last 2 years
  • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications in business settings
  • Experience building customer-facing solutions and automating processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to customer success

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional platform expertise to clients, showcasing our AI capabilities and driving customer satisfaction
  • Automate customer onboarding processes from close to live on Day 1, creating seamless transitions from CRM to product
  • Collaborate with the AI Labs Team to experiment with, document, and embed increasingly advanced functionality into the product
  • Serve as the primary technical contact point for Landbase clients and the go-to platform expert for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Support the rollout of the latest Landbase platform AI features and act as an interface between clients and product teams
  • Adapt platform functionality behind the scenes to refine campaigns and enable multiple launches per week for clients
  • Prepare and run tailored Feed/AI demos for marketing teams and customers, creating effective prompts for campaign custom instructions
  • Transform manual customer requests into automated platform solutions to reduce repetitive tasks
  • Become the internal technical voice of the customer by collecting product feedback and supporting critical roadmap decisions
  • Work with raw platform data to help customers run more detailed analysis and optimize their results
  • Reduce the need for product team attendance on customer calls by providing expert technical guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data science or machine learning background is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial experience or history of building applications is highly preferred
