Requirements

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in Sales Enablement, or proven experience (2-3 years) in a customer facing role (e.g. sales, customer success, consulting, etc)
  • Strong project management skills – high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communications skills in the areas of writing, editing, and presenting
  • Ability to manage highly visible projects and timelines that span multiple teams and multiple resources
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing exceptional work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to network inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Ability to learn and become an expert quickly – on our sales process, sales methodology, and product value props
  • Adaptability, ability to thrive in (somewhat chaotic) early stages of company building
  • Proven track record (or demonstrated ability) of building engaging and consumable training content optimized for retention

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the GTM team (including leadership) to understand their needs and develop content that supports their efforts
  • Identify friction points within GTM workflows and resolve them with GTM operations / Enablement
  • Partner with Enablement & cross-functional teams (product, marketing, partnerships, etc) to build and implement global training programs and eLearning curriculum for the GTM organization at large (e.g., GTM bootcamp, Advanced Sales Training, Sales Leader Training, Product training, etc)
  • Support the GTM onboarding program, inclusive of curriculum development, live classroom sessions, and virtual training
  • Contribute significantly to the design, development, and iteration of new and existing training content
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement resources, including best practice guides, role-based best practices, competitive comparisons, etc
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and use data to optimize and drive sales effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
