Requirements
- Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Product, or VC.
- Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders.
- A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy.

- Build and scale growth playbooks and become a world class expert over your areas of ownership.
- Test, innovate, and try new things to help Leland constantly improve at growth efforts.
- Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive real growth across channels.
- Use data and analytics to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance.
