Requirements
- 3+ years of PLG SaaS growth or performance marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and conversion through data-driven campaigns
- Experience with Advertisements or SEO strategy, content optimization, and performance marketing channels
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Creative problem-solving approach with a test-and-learn mentality
- Understanding of PLG models and how they can be leveraged for enterprise expansion
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
- Build and optimize demand generation programs that drive trial signups and conversions
- Develop and execute strategies to convert prosumer users into enterprise champions
- Create automated nurture sequences that move users through the customer journey
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app messaging
- Collaborate with product teams to identify activation levers and reduce friction points
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive sustainable organic traffic growth
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
