Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven growth B2B marketing
- Strategic mind with analytical hands – you can think high-level about business objectives on Monday and dive deep into campaign performance data by Tuesday
- Multi-channel acquisition expertise with a proven track record of scaling enterprise and growth customer growth while keeping CAC in check. Experience with SEO is a plus.
- Creative testing experience and a keen eye for what messaging resonates with different audience segments
- Data storytelling abilities – you can turn a spreadsheet of numbers into a compelling narrative about where to invest next
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills – you’ll be working cross functionally with product marketing, content, and leadership

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies through paid acquisition with a focus on LinkedIn and paid media digital channels that make our pipeline line go up and to the right (we like that direction)
- Pioneer new frontiers by testing and scaling nascent paid acquisition channels
- Track, optimize, and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, and CVRs across the funnel
- Leverage next generation analytics and targeting tools like Metabase, GA4, and Rockerbox to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate seamlessly with our content and ABM team members to ensure your brilliant acquisition strategies amplify their equally brilliant initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO is a plus.
