Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Engagement Marketing or other related roles
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years leading teams & developing talent
- Experience in crypto, with a background in trading
- Experience with exchanges. Strong knowledge of CEFI & DeFi
- Experience with creative storytelling with the ability to develop compelling email
- A strong collaborator. Can work closely with teams across the organization
- Proficiency in Spanish is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing plans for key initiatives, programs, and campaigns – bringing those efforts to life in our channels
- Lead email within Global Marketing for LATAM from strategy down through execution
- Be the global point of contact for local market partners in the LATAM region, supporting their initiatives, campaigns, and programs with integrated marketing efforts
- Execute campaigns with pace and quality. Be willing and able to be directly in the CRM tools at point of execution to ship the work
- Own editorial and story telling for your campaigns, ensuring our in-market efforts are clear and compelling
- Work closely with the team & brand design to continue to elevate the quality of creative
- Be a culture carrier for the team. Bringing a positive attitude with a collaborative spirit
