Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of managing creator or affiliate relationships and driving measurable results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating digital workshops/webinars, events, or collaborative campaigns
Responsibilities
- Own and scale our affiliate and partnership programs as a major growth channel
- Build and maintain relationships with influential creators and their teams (e.g. Codie Sanchez, Sam Parr, Sophia Amoruso)
- Host live weekly workshops and educational events with partners to drive lead generation
- Coordinate co-marketing content such as guest posts, backlink campaigns, and social media collaborations
- Support the planning and execution of major events, including a 1,000+ person flagship event in NYC
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product to align partnerships with company goals
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for fintech, creators, or the intersection of media and personal finance
- Experience marketing regulated financial products
- Familiarity with performance marketing, PR, or SEO
