Responsibilities

  • Delivering top-tier customer service to our product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services
  • Communicating with clients regarding requests to facilitate product buys
  • Driving efficient workflows and overseeing the smooth execution of product orders
  • Supporting with the day-to-day management of client relationships and satisfaction
  • Responding to client questions and needs in a timely manner, with accurate information, and the appropriate next steps for internal and external teams
  • Supporting the research and development of online and integrated fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of communications calendars for strategic services clients
  • Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys
  • Cross-team collaborating, including with technology and creative when needed, to assist in managing resources and project timelines
  • Regular reporting and administrative support execution, including updating trackers, invoicing, and facilitating agreement signatures
  • Supporting the achievement of clients’ fundraising and engagement goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital or direct mail communications, fundraising and/or marketing
  • Client management experience
  • Experience with a political campaign, nonprofit or integrated marketing company
