Group Product Manager – Email & Notifications

8+ years of proven results in product management within fast-paced, agile environments
3+ years of experience driving growth for a consumer product with millions of users
Strong strategic skills, business intuition and user-centric thinking
Excellent analytical, data-driven decision making, and AB testing skills
Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science to deliver outstanding results for users and the business
Experience with email and/or notifications products, ideally in a social network or community product context, is a strong plus

You will focus on Glassdoor’s email / notifications product and platform, powering experiences across our consumer and employer products
Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and product / company leadership
Define your key performance indicator(s) that drive company goals, and achieve them
Make informed, user-centric decisions using quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies)
Work closely with the UX team to drive user research and testing, and with design to create delightful experiences for our consumers that keep them coming back
Define and build out the product experience, partnering with design, engineering, data teams, marketing, and external vendors to improve and build new features
Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your area.
