Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant information security experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Public Key infrastructure, CyberArk, Azure AD and other Identity Management technologies/solutions
  • Experience in leading distributed project and support teams with agile methodologies
  • Experience developing strategic direction and long-term objectives without supervision
  • Ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances
  • Validated communication skills with the ability to translate sophisticated technical issues or concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner that focuses on business value
  • Strong leadership skills, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and encourage the growth of IAM team members.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that relevant Privileged Access Management and Active Directory Security Controls are adequately enforced across platforms and assets to comply with IAM Standards.
  • Identify Active Directory weaknesses and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Drive strategic design, implementation, and support processes, as well as proactively develop and implement regular improvements.
  • Apply industry best practices in Active Directory and PAM security and propose improvements based on analysis and observed gaps.
  • Lead and manage the Active Directory and Privileged Access Management team, ensuring prompt, efficient, and effective identity services.
  • Participate in and contribute to projects and initiatives working with IAM team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable, adaptable and aligned to business needs and industry demands.
  • Deliver scalable and automation-focused identity solutions for Active Directory and PAM.
  • Participate in the evaluation of existing and new Active Directory Infrastructure and Security standards and help define future architecture.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as directed by management.
