Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Cultivate relationships within Operational Risk and with key partners within the 1LOD, to support program teams in driving Operational Risk priorities from conception to completion
- Proficiency in creating high-quality executive presentations and reports
- Exceptional PowerPoint, storytelling, and communication skills (including facilitation in remote / virtual models)
Responsibilities
- Advance the development of an integrated roadmap for change, to ensure that key information and decisions are being socialized with senior leadership
- Support the evaluation of progress on the portfolio of initiatives, identifying potential risks and issues to delivery, and proactive mitigation strategies
- Utilize insights and strategic connections across OR to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of initiative delivery
- Recommend enhancements to the existing program interaction channels to improve communication on initiative progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
