Graphic Designer – Intern

Pursuant or completed Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or graphic design
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design within branding standards
Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others
Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills
Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving skills
Strong portfolio showing a range of skills
An interest and understanding of brand standards and style guidelines
Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to others
Ability to quickly produce high-quality concept sketches and mockups
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) for a Macintosh Operating System
Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas to the design team
Strong listening skills
Ability to excel under pressure
Attention to detail and a critical eye for design quality and consistency
Strong follow-up and follow through

Collaborate with other team members, including designers, project managers, and marketing professionals to ensure design projects meet clients’ expectations
Provide design advice and guidance to deal team; taking verbal and written input and apply to graphic illustrations
Design dynamic email blasts, and marketing campaigns
Create design to fit preferences of the deal team and the client, within JLL branding standards
Edit InDesign and PowerPoint presentation templates to incorporate feedback from stakeholders or clients
Assist with the production of print and digital design materials, including layouts, typography, and image manipulation
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and organizing design files
