Requirements
- 3-7 years of design experience at an advertising and branding agency preferred.
- Proficiency in design software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a MUST.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating core principles in visual design, color, typography, and illustration.
- Experience working in the sports industry along with an understanding of the hospitality and events space.
- Strong conceptual thinker and designer.
- Skilled at managing a high volume of work within tight timelines.
- Clear communicator, both verbally and visually.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative creative solutions that align with key business goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of creative integrity across all communications with both internal and external teams.
- Clearly communicate the intent of creative concepts and proposed solutions.
- Take projects from iteration to execution with minimal supervision.
- Develop a strong and collaborative environment with cross functional partners.
- Oversee and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
- Prepares creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
- Thoroughly review creative briefs to assess project requirements.
- Constantly study and find innovative ways to connect with our audience.
- Demonstrate a strong, strategic understanding of various marketing platforms, including social media, web, out-of-home, event activations and print.
- Design guest-facing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Work with vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
- Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
