Requirements

  • 3-7 years of design experience at an advertising and branding agency preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a MUST.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating core principles in visual design, color, typography, and illustration.
  • Experience working in the sports industry along with an understanding of the hospitality and events space.
  • Strong conceptual thinker and designer.
  • Skilled at managing a high volume of work within tight timelines.
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and visually.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative creative solutions that align with key business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of creative integrity across all communications with both internal and external teams.
  • Clearly communicate the intent of creative concepts and proposed solutions.
  • Take projects from iteration to execution with minimal supervision.
  • Develop a strong and collaborative environment with cross functional partners.
  • Oversee and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
  • Prepares creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
  • Thoroughly review creative briefs to assess project requirements.
  • Constantly study and find innovative ways to connect with our audience.
  • Demonstrate a strong, strategic understanding of various marketing platforms, including social media, web, out-of-home, event activations and print.
  • Design guest-facing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Work with vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
