Graduate Floor Trader

Recent university graduate or current university student graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field of study
Superior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Genuine interest in financial markets, though no prior knowledge or experience required
Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment
Experience with programming in Python is an advantage
A team player – at IMC we’re all in together
Eagerness to continuously learn
Must be available to start full-time employment in August 2025

Work in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize trading
Interact with brokers throughout the day, making markets and providing liquidity
Build and maintain relationships with brokers
Perform trades analysis to improve trading
Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk
Research new market opportunities
