Responsibilities
- Support strategy definition for patient safety, regulatory, and quality spaces.
- Define business needs.
- Assess technology solutions.
- Prioritize based on ROI.
- Work closely with the business solution partner for Global patient safety, analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative strategies for optimizing pharmacovigilance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmacovigilance data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Implement best practices in pharmacovigilance to enhance patient safety and product quality.
