Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of marketing research experience (agency or client side), e.g. end-to-end custom research, including: research design, project management, data analysis, and synthesis of insights into a narrative.
- Experience synthesizing insights and connecting then to business strategies.
- Experience running both qualitative and quantitative insights projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategy insights partner on all consumer insights that help enable external brand and carrier partnerships for Pixel.
- Leverage syndicated and custom research to better understand our go to market target audience, including their hobbies, passions, attitudes, behaviors, and shopping patterns.
- Investigate and recommend external brand partnerships that most closely resonate with our go-to-market audience.
- Build deliverables to help stakeholders better understand the customer base of each of our major carrier and retail partners in the US, leveraging syndicated data, as well as internal custom research.
- Build partnership insights research roadmap, working with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize asks, and scope quantitative and qualitative research.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology or telecommunications company or agency role.
- Experience with research vendor management.
- Experience with syndicated tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholder management skills.
