Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Must obtain a state Insurance license within 3 months.
- Must obtain Series 6 within 6 months.
- Must be able to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods, explaining products, tools, concepts, and processes to a diverse customer base.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Responsibilities
- Process Athene Altitude new business paperwork from application through issuance.
- Coordinate with various departments at Athene (Case Management, Treasury, Compliance, etc.) to facilitate Athene Altitude new business.
- Educate internal and external sales partners on the Athene Altitude onboarding process.
- Facilitate the monthly IDF investment process, including coordinating subscription documents submitted by Athene and third-party carriers.
- Track and update information related to all open cases in the pipeline.
- Maintain Altitude and IDF reporting data.
- Provide white glove client service to investors.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in investment or insurance product operations.
