Requirements
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in a supply chain role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (i.e., PLM, ERP, MES) and proficient in data analysis.
- Highly-motivated to help build a best-in-class supply chain team for an industry-leading Rocket start-up.
Responsibilities
- Executing end-to-end supply chain activities and ensuring supply continuity across multiple commodities, from demand creation to order fulfillment.
- Developing and continually re-iterating supply strategies that support the broader goals and priorities laid out by the Global Supply Manager and company.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to maintain up-to-date demand plans for both Production and NPI.
- Being the subject matter expert on the technical and commercial makeup of your commodities and providing strategic insight on design and program decisions.
- Championing strong strategic partnerships with external suppliers and skillfully negotiating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Signaling supply risks to Supply Chain Leadership and swiftly developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure impact to the enterprise does not materialize.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Economics/Finance, or similar.
