Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and with external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute PR strategies and campaigns in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate and schedule media opportunities for executive spokespeople, including interviews, press briefings, and speaking engagements.
  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, media statements, and other external communications.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor PR activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support crisis communication efforts as needed, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support cross-functional PR efforts.
