Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 5+ years of product management, commercialization or project management experience
  • Experience in mobile/digital banking, FinTech, payments and/or financial services industry is a strong plus
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills are required
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world and across different time zones
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving with ability to collaborate and build consensus across stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation and decision-making skills along with a global, customer-oriented mindset required

Responsibilities

  • Manages and optimizes commercial activities across our Digital product portfolio
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with internal and external partners and clients
  • Accountable for the development of GTM approaches, pricing, sales collateral, and other sales enablement artifacts
  • Develop appropriate product constructs and articulable value propositions and success metrics through insights from market trends, competition and customer needs
  • Influence the market by creating and publishing product blogs, white papers, webinars and other client or market-facing materials
  • Drive research to identify market, customer and end user needs to influence a roadmap that leads to commercial success
  • Socialize products with regional product, legal and sales to influence prioritization of new products or enhancements to existing services
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to regional markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Comfort with high-level, strategic thinking, including willingness to be an active and outspoken participant in decision-making (consulting experience a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience with partner management to foster effective relationships that result in open communication from the partner is a strong plus
