Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube’s Shopping across users, merchants and creators.
  • Analyze Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and build robust GTM plans across shopping business models.
  • Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
  • Define and shape GTM plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, quarterly forecasting.
  • Work with Regional GTM team and the Product Management team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross­-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience with project management in a changing environment, with excellent spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective business acumen.
