Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube’s Shopping across users, merchants and creators.
- Analyze Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and build robust GTM plans across shopping business models.
- Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
- Define and shape GTM plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, quarterly forecasting.
- Work with Regional GTM team and the Product Management team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience with project management in a changing environment, with excellent spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective business acumen.
