Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel operations, partner program execution, or field enablement within enterprise technology
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance processes, partner onboarding, or program governance at scale
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce (SFDC), PRM platforms, Highspot, and content management systems
  • Ability to manage cross-functional workflows and collaborate across functions (RevOps, Legal, IT, Marketing)
  • A passion for execution, detail, and results—with a service-oriented mindset and structured approach

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business partner to CAMs for the daily execution of the Channel Partner Program (CPP)
  • Triage and resolve partner-related operational questions, requests, and escalations from the field
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new CAMs and partner-facing roles, ensuring alignment with program structure, tools, and processes
  • Manage program support channels, including the CPP inbox and Chatter threads, ensuring timely responses and resolution
  • Own the operational enforcement of program rules and policies, including tier eligibility, certification requirements, and benefit qualifications
  • Oversee audit readiness and support quarterly/annual compliance reviews in coordination with Legal, Finance, and RevOps
  • Validate partner records in Salesforce and coordinate with RevOps for proper hierarchy, segmentation, and benefit setup
  • Track and report compliance metrics and operational KPIs, highlighting issues and areas for remediation
  • Manage partner content governance on Highspot, ensuring timely updates and clear organization for internal and external audiences
  • Serve as the day-to-day business lead for the CyberArk Partner Community platform (PC), coordinating enhancements and release testing with IT and RevOps
  • Maintain user documentation, release notes, and training guides to drive platform adoption and satisfaction
  • Deliver regular usage reporting, feedback collection, and cross-functional updates on platform performance
  • Support field execution of initiatives owned by the Global Partner Programs team (e.g., new tier launches, regional campaigns, platform changes)
  • Localize global rollouts by providing hands-on CAM support, field training, and operational oversight
  • Surface regional feedback, adoption blockers, and success stories to inform future phases of rollout
