Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience, including in performing open source research, intelligence analysis, and/or investigative work
  • Must be able to produce well-crafted reports and deliver high-impact presentations
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools
  • Undergraduate degree in GIS, Political Science, International Affairs, Security, Geography, Criminology, Sociology
  • Savvy and knowledgeable in regards to social media platforms, including alternative and deep/dark web platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support the NAMR physical security portfolio and Regional Intelligence Lead
  • Liaise with and elicit intelligence requirements on an ongoing basis from regional security managers, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and Global Security leadership
  • Conduct open-source/social media research and analysis to support team objectives, including but not limited to tactical, operational, and strategic threats
  • Execute Location Threat Assessments for JPMorgan assets to fulfill regulatory requirements
  • Deliver written and verbal analytical assessments in clear, succinct, and appropriately caveated products that project credibility and reinforce key judgements
  • Collaborate with regional intelligence leads and key cross-functional partners in the firm, as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships across relevant private sector and law enforcement partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic and/or practical work experience with geospatial analysis using ArcGIS is desirable
  • Government intelligence experience (federal/state/local)
  • Fluency in a foreign language
  • Experience with AI/LLM tools, especially deploying these tools in the intelligence cycle
