Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
- 3-6 years of Canadian and/or US Corporate Tax; international tax experience is a plus
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) or equivalent foreign designation is preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with data analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex tax concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset, driven by curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external advisors for the preparation of Canadian, U.S. federal and state, and international income tax returns
- Prepare legal entity and consolidated global income tax provisions under U.S. GAAP
- Develop and maintain tax control schedules and tax account reconciliations for legal entities
- Manage tax audits, inquiries, and reassessments from tax authorities
- Prepare and facilitate legal entity quarterly tax instalment calculations
- Assist with annual SR&ED and other tax recovery initiatives
- Compute and maintain quarterly transfer-pricing calculations and invoicing
- Support the annual transfer-pricing documentation updates for cross-border transactions
- Stay informed of legislative changes in US, Canada, and key international jurisdictions that may impact the Company
- Conduct tax research to support global expansion, long-term planning and cash tax forecasting, and preparation of tax models
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal business units and external advisors
- Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and tax software for reporting and analysis
- Automate tax compliance processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in data analytics and visualization for tax insights
Preferred Qualifications
- International tax experience is a plus
