Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
- Deep understanding of competitive landscape for index management
- Experience working collaboratively across an organization to build new data-driven processes
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
- Confidence and credibility to engage with senior leadership
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop global and wrapper agnostic strategy that identifies growth opportunities across geographies, client segments and investment vehicles.
- Establish centralized indexing resource to drive a consistent and commercially viable pricing philosophy, support real-time pricing decisions, and enhance transparency into deal flow and win/loss metrics.
- Partner with Investments, Client Coverage, and Product teams to support large mandate RFPs, business-at-risk reviews, and finals presentations, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
- Partner with Markets Intelligence team to design and deliver enhanced, data-driven reporting to senior leadership, including pipeline analytics, competitive intelligence, regulatory developments, and pricing trends.
