Requirements
- Relevant experience with full life cycle recruiting, including extensive experience within Executive Search (ideally Search Firm combined with inhouse experience)
- Extensive experience with creating a strategic framework for sourcing and pipeline development for Executive level hiring across market segments and disciplines.
- Experience executing pipeline and sourcing strategies involving a proactive approach to identify and acquire the best talent.
- Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client service
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
- Cultivates strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to build trust, influence and drive alignment on talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong partnerships to enhance collaboration on talent acquisition initiatives.
- Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and equitable hiring practices.

- Experience in leading and managing vendor negotiation, vendor management, and project management.
- Experience with talent acquisition technology and candidate management systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement executive hiring sourcing and pipeline strategy aligned with the company’s overall business hiring objectives.
- Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance our executive hiring demands and ensure we attract and retain the best talent possessing key skills and experience needed for the future.
- Own and deliver on a select number of high-profile Executive Searches within the organization.
- Design and implement an executive sourcing approach to ensure consistency across our sourcing efforts for leadership talent.
- Design and implement industry leading competitive talent intelligence, market mapping process and procedures to enable hiring of executive roles in various market segments by talent acquisition leadership.
- Foster a culture of exceptional service delivery within the talent acquisition team.
- Develop sourcing and pipeline framework designed to be responsive to the needs of the business and to deliver exceptional to improve the client experience.
- Define and create a process flow to maximize executive candidate experience of State Street.
- Create materials to support recruiters managing executive search/leadership hiring processes.
- Partner with the Global Head of Internal Mobility for internal only executive searches.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and equity within the workforce, ensuring that State Street reflects clients and communities we serve.
- Oversee external partnerships with search firms and monitor/measure the usage of agency spend vs direct search capabilities with a goal to reduce agency spend.
- Champion State Street’s employer brand to attract top talent globally, leveraging innovative recruitment marketing strategies and tools.
- Implement best practices in risk management throughout the executive hiring process, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
