Requirements

  • Proven experience (13+ years) in managing strategically driven teams, with a focus on navigating global accounts.
  • Experience in account strategy planning and packaging creative services for scalable adoption in global markets
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and technologies
  • A clear understanding of integrating (AI) technology into creative support models for scaled adoption, creative efficiencies, and consistent creative delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and client success.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while optimizing processes and ensuring creative excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience working in matrix organisations

Responsibilities

  • Develop client business plans, moving beyond the day to day delivery to longer term business plans, in context of the overall client objectives and Smartly solutions
  • Be the main point of contact for the client for Smartly creative solutions, bringing innovative answers to the client business challenges, ensuring the quality and clarity of the communications and bringing the right expertise from the business to solve client problems
  • Lead creative discovery and relay critical information back to Creative Services regional directors to right-size briefs, scope creative retainers and align on broad creative strategic approach for long-tail impact.
  • Together with the creative services team and customer success teams, responsible for the management and handling of key Client briefs, projects and requests
  • Present and pitch our services to clients; advocate and champion our creative solutions for clients
  • Identify and deliver new business activities that augment and/or expand Smartly services
  • Maintain regular dialog with Client’s creative leadership to maintain the strategic relationship
  • Understand Client’s business model and business challenges
  • Foster and grow customer relationships, serving as a trusted creative partner and helping clients achieve their business objectives through innovative creative services.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, creative technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and creative automation.
