Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign execution and demand generation.
- Proven experience with campaign best practices, process adherence, and accurate reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience with analytics and automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Google or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to support product launches and promotions.
- Work with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns are activated digitally across platforms such as social media, email, search, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Leverage field/sales feedback to optimize the lead funnel and deliver high-quality leads that will convert to opportunities and revenue.
- Assist with localizing and translating content for different markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Assist in A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
