Requirements
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (Power BI preferred), and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Confident working with complex datasets, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and producing executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Capable of crafting compelling narratives from data to showcase program outcomes and business impact.
- Adept at working with senior leaders, presenting complex data clearly, and influencing decisions through insights.
- Able to manage multiple data streams, ensure accuracy, and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to pivot priorities based on business needs and emerging insights.
- Understands the value of executive relationships and can measure and articulate the impact of strategic engagements.
- Happy to roll up sleeves and get stuck in, including entering the data that you are also analysing at times and being comfortable to ask questions and learn on the job.
Responsibilities
- Own the collection, analysis, and visualization of program data to clearly demonstrate the value and impact of executive engagements.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards (Power BI, Dynamics, or equivalent) that showcase key engagement metrics, trends, and outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the GAC team to define and refine success metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems, including Dynamics and internal dashboards, providing accurate and timely insights for leadership decision-making.
- Proactively identify data-driven insights and storytelling opportunities to communicate program impact to executive audiences.
- Leverage AI and technology to collect quantitative and qualitative data.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure GAC Executives are equipped with data-backed insights to support strategic customer engagement strategies.
- Track and report on GAC customer interactions within Dynamics, ensuring stakeholders remain informed on outcomes, action items, and engagement effectiveness.
- Project manage GAC engagements with a focus on capturing measurable outcomes, feedback loops, and closing out actions that drive tangible value.
- Maintain and enhance CxO relationship data, leveraging analytics to identify relationship-building opportunities and gaps.
- Coordinate schedules between GAC members and key customers (internally), prioritizing engagements based on data-driven insights and engagement value.
- Help leadership prepare for high-impact meetings with tailored data reports and value narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
