Requirements
- Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mathematical abilities, including the ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and tabulate figures.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Strong teamwork skills required.
- Excellent time management skills required.
Responsibilities
- Opens the Gift Shop.
- Welcomes customers and volunteers.
- Cleans and organizes shelves.
- Removes trash by emptying trash containers.
- Maintains floor clean.
- Logs into the system and counts the cash left from the day before.
- Completes cash count PDF form confirming the cash in the register.
- Prints day end report, counts cash, reconciles the day’s sales using the cash count PDF.
- Uses the Cash Transport envelopes to deposit the sales cash money and the cash count PDF.
- Follows closing procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
