Requirements
- Proficiency in English and French is a must
- Proven track record in successfully running omnichannel businesses with experience in omnichannel distribution, marketing and operations
- Proven experience of leading high-growth businesses, with experience in consumer electronics, premium consumer brands and/or subscription businesses a plus
- Strong operator with a track record of developing and leading regional markets within a global organisation
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and partners at all levels
- A global thinker with strong understanding of local consumer trends
- Highly effective in building relationships and working collaboratively across multiple functional groups and external partners to drive business goals
- Superior analytical skills – ability to formulate logical, data-driven business insights

- Experience leading large-scale and complex business with senior internal and external partners – within a US-headquartered organisation a plus

Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, business and P&L performance at market level
- Set and agree on market-level objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Partner with US and International Functional Leaders to develop the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, partner launches or business line extensions within Canada
- Provide direction and collaborate with the global retail team on the end-to-end negotiation and implementation of new distribution partnerships, as well as the relationship building and growth of existing distribution partnerships
- Provide direction and collaborate with dedicated and global marketing stakeholders on the Canada marketing and media strategy, calendar and execution
- Support the coordination and delivery of cross-functional strategic and BAU initiatives in the Market
- Creates, maintains and fosters the local team culture, supporting team development, engagement and collaborative ways of working
- Enable exceptional experience at each Consumer and, once converted, Member touch point throughout the lifecycle
- Be the voice of the Canada business within the organisation and to external stakeholders and media, as required
- Help build relationships (in collaboration with the Global PR team and local PR agency) with key local members of the press and influencers in the local market
- Help define and implement global standards to enable scale across markets
