Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in vendor and operations management.
Responsibilities
- Drive GenAI Service Delivery Operations and Insights, leading, managing, and coordinating all critical operational needs related to GenAI service delivery to ensure goals are met.
- Support operational reporting, monthly business reviews, and executive communications, serving as the main point of contact for data and tooling integration initiatives, and influence process improvements to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic relevance.
- Serve as a key partner for red teaming, structured and unstructured testing vendor operations, offering strategic insights, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution and performance.
- Serve as a central connector, bridging communication gaps and fostering collaboration between various internal teams and external vendor partners to address and resolve complex operational tests.
- Review sensitive or graphic content as part of role.
