Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 8+ years of leading large-scale engineering projects, preferably across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries.
  • Good understanding of safety, factuality, instruction following and other alignment related topics in ML
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development.
