Requirements
- Strong knowledge of applicable policies (including SOPs), practices, and procedures as well as federal codes, PUC, DOT rule and regulations, and process/subject matter expert.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft software, Excel formulas, databases, Ventyx and other internal systems
- Strong planning, writing, organizational, project, and data management skills.
- Advanced analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, including written/verbal communications, and interpersonal relationships.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and supporting centralized analytics or compliance functions.
- Proficiency in developing and interpreting performance metrics, scorecards, and/or dashboards.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for field and executive leadership.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field required.
Responsibilities
- Lead centralized analytics team supporting multiple business units.
- Oversee compliance-driven programs such as Leak Survey and support UFG tracking, ensuring regulatory adherence and performance visibility.
- Partner with field leadership to embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to modernize and streamline reporting processes.
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the analytics team.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and operational scorecards aligned with business goals.
- Maintain consistent communication with operations staff and leadership to support project execution and operational decision-making.
- Standardize reporting processes and tools to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance and work products to ensure compliance and goal achievement.
- Monitor field operations for consistent execution of procedures and standards.
- Assist in the technical training and professional development of employees.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years demonstrated success in a leadership role, preferred.
