- Deliver an engaging and entertaining experience for participants in a video streaming setting
- Provide players with assistance on game-related and general questions in a professional manner
- Promptly report any mistakes, technical problems, unusual activity, or potential risks to the appropriate leadership team
- Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
