Requirements
- 7+ years relevant professional experience working in a fusion or security operations center setting, inclusive of 3+ years of management experience
- Strong technical experience, including leading process change in a priority-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain high-level relationships and serve in a leadership role in the Fusion Center
- Demonstrated exposure to intelligence cycles related to physical and/or cyber security threats
- Experience in leading large projects, with focus on program governance and documentation of procedures, as well as experience developing presentations and client engagement material
- Demonstrated capacity to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage programs in a demanding customer environment that may require off-hours responses
- Demonstrated negotiation and influence skills with all levels of an organization and in multiple geographies simultaneously
- Experience with the vendor management lifecycle
- Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools
- Experience presenting to C-Level audiences, be familiar with the firm’s security posture, and have a degree of familiarity with both the physical and cyber intelligence requirements of a large multinational corporation
Responsibilities
- Maintain video wall operations at the Fusion Center
- Work with vendor to support the technology within the Fusion Center
- Support Fusion Center events, drills and exercises by maintaining artifacts, dashboards, and layouts
- Facilitate and manage agenda and communications for leadership meetings within the Fusion Center
- Establish and maintain a client engagement program for the Fusion Center, including the creation of demos and presentations for client engagements
- Work with relationship managers to enhance the outcome for client visit
- Build Fusion Center internal communications strategy
- Develop and regularly report on impact metrics for the Fusion Center
- Manage review process for programmatic and operational governance
- Formalize and track GS and CTC joint operational cadences and workflows
- Perform regular intelligence/case management technology gap assessments
