Funding Income Coordinator II

High school diploma or equivalent required
Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred
Confident self-starter that operates well with limited supervision
Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish priorities and properly manage multiple high-priority tasks
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of work
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels inside and outside of the organization
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required

Serve as a subject matter expert on the funding policy in the areas of income calculation and proof of income documents
Understand various calculation methods and make decisions when exceptions to policy are required
Communicate with dealerships when additional documentation is required, providing an explanation of information needed to complete the income review
Provide feedback to Dealer Funding Specialists and dealerships when applicants fail to meet income requirements or when the income falls outside of the company funding policy
Log and review funding packages for compliance with company, state and federal guidelines, including reviewing/clearing contract errors, restructuring deals to ensure program guidelines are met, reviewing/correcting income, verifying collateral, and performing customer interviews
Maintain acceptable turnaround time to achieve volume targets
Assist with verifying customer information in aspects of income or employment as the business needs dictate
