Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in functional Workday HCM is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related field
- 3+ years of related HRIS experience
- Advanced Excel experience
Responsibilities
- Leveraging the Workday platform to support core HR functions including Workday Recruiting, Learning and Reporting to enhance and improve the user experience
- Provide training, consultative support, and technical assistance to end-users of our HRIS system
- Act as liaison with the organization’s global HR Call Center, Payroll and IT functions for support with internal business partners and external vendors as it relates to the support of the HRIS system
- Provide analysis of configuration and results, validate program changes, develop specifications for configuration and identify business needs as it relates to the organization’s HRIS projects
- Manage all phases of defined short-term HRIS projects
- Research and correct data in Workday using the PeopleAssist case management system
- Test and audit data with new releases, integrations or projects
