Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally in startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (our core front-end stack).
- Solid experience in at least one of Node, Next, Nest (or, Rust, Golang if you’re a performance person) or Python—bonus if you’ve dabbled in more than one.
- Experience supporting data science teams and integrating ML/AI models. Hands on use with LLMs is great; hands-on ML/AI expertise is even better.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementation of each new startup concept—rolling up your sleeves to grind out code while making strategic decisions that balance speed and scalability.
- Own entire projects end-to-end — from ideation to deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Mentor junior engineers as we expand our ranks.
- Push code quickly but also know when to invest in scalability and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with the B2B distribution business model and related operational/supply chain challenges a plus.
- Experience with the tech stack at industrials businesses a plus.
