Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and manage general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and reception area
- Assist with basic administrative duties including data entry and filing
- Support office staff with clerical and coordination tasks as needed
