Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong understanding of React hooks, component lifecycles, and functional programming
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components
- Experience with Vite, Webpack, and bundler optimizations
- Familiarity with ShadCN-UI, Radix UI, or similar headless UI component libraries
- Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwrite for front-end unit and integration testing
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Communication Skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality front-end components using React, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN-UI
- Ensure smooth rendering and fast load times using Vite, Webpack, and best performance practices
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable, reusable component system to maintain consistency across applications
- Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to translate Figma designs into fully functional components
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong TypeScript typing, unit testing, and linting rules
- Ensure compliance with WCAG standards to provide a seamless experience for all users
- Utilize modern state management solutions (TanStack Query + React Context API, for example) where necessary
- Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve UI performance and usability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Monorepos
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR)
- Experience with WebSockets
