• Validates readiness of delivery orders
• Conducts walks of fulfillment area
• Pulls and prepares merchandise for customers
• Validates items being carried in and out of the store
• Provides full leadership over the store as MOD
• Walks the store to observe interactions
• Ensures associates are prepared for quality sales
• Shifts associates based on customer traffic
• Manages associate response to call buttons
• Validates cleanliness and safety of aisles
• Hands off shift observations to next MOD
• Funnels non-MOD activities to appropriate leaders
