Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three to five years of clerical and customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating audit exception support activities
- Acting as an intermediary to help resolve audit disputes across many accounts
- Utilizing audit reporting and conducting analytical review
- Executing complex rating solutions
- Participating in periodic review and recommendation of operational system and procedural enhancements for audit scalability measures
- Overseeing a selective portfolio of accounts and ensuring key audit deliverables are being met by set deadlines
- Maintaining high service satisfaction by following up on client inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams and individuals to ensure high levels of service delivery
- Participating in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum one year of operations experience in the freight audit and pay services industry
- Thorough knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
