Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience supporting an hourly workforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately and with discretion
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Act as a mediator and provide solutions for employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Facilitate HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, talent review and benefits open enrollment.
- Partner effectively with HR specialist groups such as Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition
- Support organizational change initiatives by advising leaders and managing the impact on employees.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Provide excellent employee support while answering requests and questions.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Executes changes within Workday, the HRIS system
- Participates in the creation and maintenance of HR forms, documents and employee files
- Coordinate with HR counterparts across the enterprise to ensure alignment and completion of activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to navigate change and successfully execute change management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Workday
