Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading financial teams and managing complex financial processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and modeling excellence

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close deliverables for P&L and B/S including journal entries, preliminary estimates, and reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts for business departments
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional growth and development
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and forecasts
  • Manage and monitor business specific allocations for the business
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial performance
  • Drive strategic initiatives and provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with organizational goals
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the wealth management, banking, or related industry
  • Experience with data reporting, Tableau, workflow tools, and financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase, and IBM Cognos TM1
