Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
- Financial modeling experience with solid understanding of a corporate P&L
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders communicating forecast and performance data to leaders across a variety of formats and channels
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear and actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
- Experience developing executive level content and presentations (using industry standard tools such as PowerPoint, google slides, etc.) to share out forecast and performance details
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
