Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, plus a minimum of 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop, modify, and document structured processes

  • Ownership mindset, seeing assignments through to completion

Responsibilities

  • Drive analytics for all divisions within Field Systems, focusing on ARR metrics such as renewals, net retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contracted value, deferred revenue, and revenue forecasting.
  • Field Systems OPEX: oversee segment costs allocations to divisions, specifically for marcom and R&D expenses and administrative supporting functions
  • Provide in-sector (TAP, Geospatial, Civil) analysis and support where needed within ARR, margin and OPEX
  • Facilitate the transition to a new FP&A tool (Adaptive) in collaboration with the program manager.
  • QBR preparation: aggregate and maintain rigor and pacing of completion of slides and standard tables by Sector Controllers
  • LRP: provide file/consolidation support as long range plans are being developed
  • Consult and collaborate on subscription bundles, software pricing, and related issues, having exposure to the full P&L statement of the sector’s divisions
