FP&a Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in finance, plus a minimum of 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to develop, modify, and document structured processes
Ability for cross-functional collaboration to obtain optimal outcomes
Ownership mindset, seeing assignments through to completion
Capable to work under and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the segment and across Trimble on best practices for reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Well-organized, self-directed team player, always willing to adapt and learn

Drive analytics for all divisions within Field Systems, focusing on ARR metrics such as renewals, net retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contracted value, deferred revenue, and revenue forecasting.
Field Systems OPEX: oversee segment costs allocations to divisions, specifically for marcom and R&D expenses and administrative supporting functions
Provide in-sector (TAP, Geospatial, Civil) analysis and support where needed within ARR, margin and OPEX
Facilitate the transition to a new FP&A tool (Adaptive) in collaboration with the program manager.
QBR preparation: aggregate and maintain rigor and pacing of completion of slides and standard tables by Sector Controllers
LRP: provide file/consolidation support as long range plans are being developed
Consult and collaborate on subscription bundles, software pricing, and related issues, having exposure to the full P&L statement of the sector’s divisions
