Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology
- Possess development skills for Vue/React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Canvas API/WebGL/GLSL
- Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers
- A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages
- Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical development and execution of our enterprise services roadmap, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer needs
- Oversee the entire agentic product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring excellent product market fit by setting clear goals and milestones
- Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance our product capabilities and user experience without compromising security, privacy, nor quality
- Research and implement new AI technologies that can be integrated into our agentic solutions
- Communicate tangible technical vision, decisions, and project statuses clearly and effectively to executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering an innovative culture of BUILDERS
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functions between the US and global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Interested in agentic enterprise software, SaaS, AI, and LLMs
- Solid understanding of core application security concepts and threat mitigation strategies
- Experience with FFmpeg/WebRTC/WebAudio
- Proficiency in mobile development technologies, including Flutter, Android, iOS, and others
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience managing or collaborating with international teams
