Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI for our mobile/web app, marketing site, internal tools, and brand identity
- Create patterns, prototypes, and mockups to support product launches
- Conduct research and engage with customers to refine experiences
- Develop design systems and processes for long-term growth
- Partner with teams and leadership to balance speed and sustainability
- Shape a culture of high-quality, user-focused design

- Deep understanding of user needs, leveraging research and analytics to inform design decisions
